Public Offer

This document is an official proposal (a public offer) and sets out the terms on which the digital products listed below are sold. By paying for a product you accept these terms in full.

1. General provisions

1. This offer is the Seller's official proposal to conclude a contract of sale of a digital product at a distance.
2. Payment for a product by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of this offer.
3. From the moment of payment the Buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Subject of the contract

1. The Seller gives the Buyer access to digital products by Master Dao Shen:
   • the book “Healing the Modern Body” — 27 ancient practices;
   • the book “Healing the Modern Soul” — 28 ancient practices;
   • audio versions of these books, read by the author;
   • the online course “30 Days of Restoring Body and Soul”.
2. The books are delivered as PDF files, the audio versions as audio recordings, and the course as pages in a personal account on this website.
3. Access is given after the payment has been confirmed.
4. Access to a purchased product is not limited in time.

3. Price and payment

1. The price of each product is shown on its payment page.
2. Payment is made through the payment methods offered on that page.
3. Prices are shown in US dollars; the payment provider may charge in another currency at its own rate.
4. After a successful payment the Buyer receives access to the product.

4. How the product is delivered

1. After payment the Buyer receives, by email, a login and a password to the library on this website.
2. Everything purchased is available in that library: reading in the browser, downloading the files, and — where purchased — the audio and the course.
3. If the letter does not arrive, access can be opened on the access page by entering the email used for the payment.
4. The Seller is not responsible for a failure to receive the product caused by the Buyer's side — no internet access, a mistake in the email address, a full mailbox, or a spam filter.

5. Intellectual property

1. All materials are protected by copyright.
2. The Buyer may use the products for personal use only.
3. Without written permission of the rights holder it is forbidden to:

• resell the books or the course;
• share the files;
• publish the contents in open access;
• pass the materials to third parties.

6. Refunds — 14 days

1. If the product did not suit you, write within 14 days of the payment and the money is returned in full. No reason has to be given.
2. This applies to every product on this site: the books, the audio versions and the course.
3. Having read or downloaded the files does not take the right away. It is impossible to judge a book without opening it, and we do not ask anyone to.
4. If the money was taken but the product never arrived, it is returned in full regardless of how many days have passed.

Write to dao.shen.master@gmail.com from the address you paid with, and state:

• your name;
• the date of the payment;
• the amount charged;
• what did not suit you — one line is enough.

The Seller answers within 10 (ten) working days of receiving the letter, and the money is returned within 7 (seven) working days of that answer. It goes back the same way it came, to the card or the account used for the payment.

7. Limitation of liability

1. The materials are provided for educational purposes only.
2. They are not medical advice and do not replace a consultation, a diagnosis or a treatment.
3. Consult a qualified practitioner before following any of the recommendations, especially if you are being treated, are taking medication, are pregnant, or have a chronic condition.

8. Final provisions

1. The Seller may change the terms of this offer without prior notice.
2. The current version of the offer is always published on this page.
